  A lovely relaxing ride on Sunday; from Mae Wang to Hang Dong then on to Saraphi and turning off at Nam Thong with a visit to Wat Chaiya Sathan and along the Ping River then heading back to San Pa Tong and home to Mae Wang.   After stopping for a moment on the bridge that connects Samlang with the Pasang Lamphun region, observing the color of the water of the Ping River, one can deduce that in the mountains of Chiang Mai in the last few days it must have rained quite well.   So today a ride between Mae Wang and San Pa Tong with a visit to the Wat Pa Charoen Tham temple, then to Hang Dong and back with a visit to the Wat Khan Kaeo temple and from Nong Tong return to Bankat with a very pleasant stop to visit Truc at her Bakery enjoying a good cappuccino accompanied by a delicious cake and then ready for the last km to home in Mae Wang... and Yes... always happy ride Wat Pa Charoen Tham Wat Khan Kaeo and a visit to Truc Homemade Bakery the wonderful bicycle world frankmichel.cycling@gmail.com

  In the morning a nice bike ride and in the afternoon, with a smile, a nice service with wheel check, inner tube and tire change on a Gios bicycle; in short, a happy bike again and it is always a happy bicycle world frankmichel.cycling@gmail.com

Today's ride along the bank of the Ping River between Chiang Mai and Lamphun, ... beautiful but with some fog.
